At Freedom Edits, our goal is to provide high-quality editing services and exceptional customer service to every client. Our fulfillment policy outlines the steps we take to ensure that every client receives the best possible experience when using our services.
Turnaround Time: For those with a membership, the turnaround time for culling or editing only is 5 business days or 7 days for cull and editing. Add 3 days in our peak season from July to December.
Add 2 days to your turnaround time for catalogs over 1,000 images or culling required.
A La Carte Orders vary depending on the time of year but you can expect to receive an order back within 10-14 business days.

Our team of experienced editors ensures that every project is thoroughly reviewed and edited to meet the client’s requirements. We use advanced editing tools and techniques to ensure that every project is error-free and polished.

We provide regular updates on the progress of the project and notify our clients immediately if there are any changes to the turnaround time.
